2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation (for example, a company, partnership, LLP, trust, or HUF), you further represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Scope of services
ABMCO is a firm of Chartered Accountants registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI Firm Reg No. 016835S). The Site provides general information about the professional services we offer, including income tax, GST, audit and assurance, business registration, advisory, financial planning, and compliance / outsourcing engagements. A high-level list of service families we commonly serve:
Tax & regulatory compliance
Income-tax return filing, TDS, tax audit, GST registration and returns, and representation before authorities.
Advisory & financial planning
Business structuring, transaction advisory, capital gains planning, and personal financial planning for HNIs and business owners.
Audit & assurance
Statutory audit, tax audit, concurrent audit, stock audit, internal audit, and agreed-upon procedures — governed by engagement-letter terms and applicable Standards on Auditing.
Registration & licensing
Company, LLP, partnership firm, trust, and society formation; PAN, TAN, GSTIN, and other registrations under applicable statutes.
Information published on the Site does not constitute professional advice. Engagement of our services begins only after a written engagement letter or scope of work is signed by both parties, and is governed by that document (which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict).
4. Your obligations
When using the Site, you agree that you will:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling forms, and update it promptly if anything changes before we act on it.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials (where applicable) and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion or feature of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site, including by probing, scanning, or testing for vulnerabilities.
- Not scrape, crawl, cache, or otherwise extract data from the Site (whether by automated means or otherwise) without our prior written consent. Search engines operating public crawlers in good faith are permitted, subject to our robots.txt.
- Not use the Site to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or to engage in any activity that disrupts the Site, its infrastructure, or the experience of other visitors.
- Not republish, frame, or mirror Site content on another domain, or otherwise pass it off as your own work.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, data compilations, calculators, checklists, and software — is the property of ABMCO or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, design, and other intellectual-property laws. The trademarks and trade names “A B Musani And Company”, “ABMCO”, and our logo are our property and may not be used without prior written consent.
You may view, download, and print Site content for personal, non-commercial reference only, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices intact. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent. Requests may be sent to the contact address in section 14.
Feedback you voluntarily submit (suggestions, ideas, or comments about the Site) may be used by ABMCO without restriction or compensation, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use such feedback for any purpose.
6. Calculators & tools
The free calculators, checklists, and other interactive tools on the Site are provided for educational and indicative purposes only. They use simplified logic and may not reflect the latest amendments to tax law, recent judicial decisions, or announcement-specific notifications. Outputs are computed at the time you press the button; rates and slabs may have changed since.
Outputs should not be treated as professional advice. Please consult a qualified CA before acting on any result, particularly for high-stakes decisions (capital gains, business exits, cross-border transactions, or matters involving notices from authorities).
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as ICAI, MCA, GSTN, Income Tax e-filing). ABMCO does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of such sites. A link does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or recommendation. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk; please review their respective terms and policies before submitting personal information or downloading files.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABMCO makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information presented.
Without limiting the foregoing, ABMCO does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict any part of the Site for operational, security, or legal reasons without prior notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABMCO (and its partners, employees, agents, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
In any event, ABMCO's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) for the service giving rise to the claim, or a token nominal cap if no consideration has been paid.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ABMCO and its partners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us at our expense.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including (without limitation) if we believe that you have violated these Terms or that continued operation is no longer commercially or legally viable. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — shall do so.
For the avoidance of doubt, terminating your access to the Site does not terminate any engagement letter or scope of work you may have signed with us, which continues to govern the relevant professional engagement on its own terms.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question about their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.
13. Miscellaneous
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms, or any delay in doing so, will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver made in one instance does not waive the same right or provision in any other instance.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor, affiliate, or purchaser of the relevant business without restriction, and on notice where reasonable.
Notices
Notices we send you under these Terms may be delivered by email to the address you have on file, by post to your last-known address, or by a banner on the Site. Notices to us must be sent in writing to the contact in section 14.
Entire agreement
These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and any signed engagement letter) constitute the entire agreement between you and ABMCO regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications on that subject.
