About ABMCO
A young, partner-led practice with a learning culture
A B Musani And Company (Firm Reg No. 016835S) is an ICAI-registered Chartered Accountancy firm based in Hyderabad. We work with SMEs, startups, professionals, and family-run businesses on Income Tax, GST, Audit, ROC compliance, and Advisory engagements.
We were founded with a simple idea: that a CA firm can be technically rigorous andhumane at the same time. Every member of the team works directly with the founding partners — there is no layered hierarchy, no ticket queue, and no “ask your manager” before a partner will look at your work.
Our practice is small by design. The partners stay close to client delivery on purpose, because that is the only way to keep quality consistent as we grow. We hire deliberately and slowly — typically three to five people a year.

Application review

Introductory call
A 20-minute call with one of the partners — your background, the role, and what you're looking for. No technical grilling.
Skill exercise
A short, paid work-sample relevant to the role (audit paper, draft reply, or reconciliation). Reviewed by a CA, not a bot.
Partner interview
In-person at our Hyderabad office (or video for outstation candidates). Both partners attend; expect a two-way conversation.
Typical end-to-end duration: 10–15 working days. We notify every applicant, even if the answer is no.
